The first of my Visarts winter workshops I want to share is Indigo Vat Dyeing with Paste Resist, Jan 15 &16. It sounds a bit academic but it's a fun class with immediate results which is why I like dyeing with Indigo. We'll be using an organic Indigo vat and a "mud" paste resist along with some super simple printing and painting techniques. No dye or printing experience needed.
